IMPORTANT . . . These are Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery to the East Coast, capital and major metropolitan areas, are within 2 -10 working days.  Often delivery it is considerably faster than the longest time shown, however no guarantee can be made.

Delivery to East Coast regional centres, outside of capital and major metropolitan areas including Adelaide, allow at least 15 working days.

We don't deliver to Perth, Northern Territory, Tasmania, regional South Australia and Far North Queensland.

Fortis Independence can not guarantee any specific delivery date.

Unfortunately Couriers wont call you before they deliver a product as this is not part of their service.

If your order has not arrived by the latest estimated time frame above, then please check the tracking details provided to you, if there is still an issue contact Fortis Independence directly.  However for any product which is signed for with the courier or transport company, we are sorry but we can not assist you any further.

The free shipping policy Fortis Independence offers, (if applicable at time of ordering) and is for delivery to most populated areas around Australia only.

The transport company’s door-to-door delivery is not always available in some regional areas.  Please be aware you may have to pick up your product up from the transport companies closest depot, or incur additional delivery charge, if the transport company’s policy allows for this service. It is best if you call Fortis Independence before you place your order, if you live in any of these areas. 

All products are generally shipped within 24 business hours unless otherwise stated. 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and the freight company details, this will make it easier for you to know when to expect delivery of your product.
